1. Stop all new fossil fuel projects by issuing no new drilling permits
2. Phase out existing drilling with a just and equitable transition plan for workers and the communities most impacted
3. Create a 2500-foot health and safety buffer zone between fossil-fuel infrastructure and homes, schools, and other sensitive areas
