If anyone isn’t willing to spend the money to transition our economy off of fossil fuels, it’s Exxon.
Exxon is pushing ahead with aggressive fossil fuel-expansion plans while basking in record profits and blaming the public for the climate crisis. Enough is enough.
Send a letter to President Biden calling for a permanent pause on all liquified natural gas and related fossil fuel infrastructure permits across all U.S. federal agencies.
Add your name:
Dear President Biden,
Darren Woods, CEO of Exxon, recently blamed the public for inaction on addressing the climate crisis.
This is just another example of Exxon’s long-term attempt to avoid climate accountability to rake in record profits.
Exxon continues to push ahead with aggressive fossil fuel expansion plans, and it needs to end.
Your Administration has recently made a significant stand against fossil fuels, pausing approval of liquified natural gas (LNG) export terminals.
Now, we need your help to make this pause permanent — and show Exxon and others we can rapidly transition from fossil fuels and put people over profit.
Thank you.
