Donald Trump’s EPA is trying to end its own ability to fight climate change by revoking the “endangerment finding,” the scientific basis for regulating planet-warming pollution.
This reckless assault on climate action benefits one group and one group only: climate polluters.
We only have until September 22 to deliver public comment to the EPA on this proposal, and we need as many signatures as possible. Will you add your name?

Re: Docket # EPA-HQ-OAR-2025-0194-0093
350.org and the undersigned strongly oppose the proposal to revoke the “endangerment finding,” which allows the Environmental Protection Agency to regulate greenhouse gas pollution under the Clean Air Act.
The mission of the EPA is to protect human health and the environment. This reckless and dangerous effort to revoke the endangerment finding will limit the EPA’s ability to do just that.
This proposal ignores more than a decade of taxpayer-funded scientific research and sets a course that will have profound and devastating consequences for generations to come. Failure by the EPA to reduce the pollution that dirties our air and warms our planet will result in more deaths, more preventable health harms, and more frequent and deadly climate disasters. These impacts will continue to disproportionately harm communities of color, low-income communities, and other marginalized populations.
The EPA must use the best science available to reduce harm to people and our planet. Do not revoke the endangerment finding — instead, your agency owes it to the American people and the world to uphold and enforce it.
Signed,
