Australians expect their political leaders to act with integrity, transparency and in the public interest.

Therefore, it is unacceptable that the Federal Government approved a major gas project (The Hunter Pipeline) based on environmental assessments completed by a major shareholder of the pipeline company.

Giving taxpayer money to fund dodgy gas projects like The Hunter Pipeline would lack integrity and be a climate disaster.
