This week the big oil-fueld House of Representatives will vote on legislation to force approval of Keystone XL.

This is the first vote in the House about Keystone XL since last year's election, and there are a few members of Congress who are on the fence about the pipeline.

It's likely that there are enough votes to pass this legislation out of the House, but denying big oil any new votes for the pipeline will send a key signal to President Obama that he must hold strong too.
