Understanding Accessibility in an Online Context

Date: Thursday 11 June / Time: 19:30-21:30 CEST

This participatory workshop will apply the principles of disability justice and explore how to create accessible and empowering online spaces for meetings or trainings. It's suitable for anyone who wants to build a broad and inclusive climate justice movement, especially if you’re responsible for organising online meetings or events.

This session has a limited number of spaces, so we will prioritise applications from people who are already part of local groups or campaigns. The deadline for applying is 4 June and we will let you know soon if you’ve been accepted to participate.

This session is part of a two-session series exploring the principles and ideas behind disability justice and how they can be practically applied to create inclusive online spaces. You don't need to attend both, but we highly recommend it! It will be facilitated by disabled people from the European Network on Independent Living.

Registration for this session is now closed.
