Canada's on fire. I'm calling on you to respond to this crisis with emergency-level climate action that delivers two things:
1. An immediate moratorium on new fossil fuel approvals and a freeze on all fossil fuel projects under construction -- including the Trans Mountain pipeline.
2. Just Transition legislation to support impacted workers and communities, especially Indigenous and remote communities as we move towards a 100% renewable energy future.
