Tell the Argentine government and YPF: no pipeline in Vaca Muerta!
Vaca Muerta Sur oil pipeline in Argentina is about to be approved. This project will export oil from Vaca Muerta in western Argentina to the San Matías Gulf on the Atlantic coast, endangering local communities, marine species, and our climate. Sign now to stand in solidarity with the Argentine people and demand the Argentine government and the state-owned fossil fuel company (YPF) stop the pipeline.

If completed, the Vaca Muerta Sur oil pipeline would have incalculable negative impacts on both the global climate and the gulf ecosystem — not to mention the local communities. We're already experiencing severe consequences of the climate crisis all over the world, and we can't afford to be set back even further.
"Golfo San Matías is our home, where we grew up, where we work. We live in front of the sea, closely linked to its beaches and the sea. Since 1999 we have had the protection of Law 3.308, which guaranteed us a sustainable development of both tourism and fishing. But above all, it guaranteed us a good life. That is why this project threatens not only thousands of jobs, but also our way of life," says Fabricio Di Giacomo, member of the Multisectorial Golfo San Matías, a neighbourhood organisation that aims to stop the pipeline and the oil port.
