To the Biden Administration,
We are urging you to revoke the permits for the Mountain Valley Pipeline and stop this project.
The Mountain Valley Pipeline would be a disaster for frontline communities. It threatens fresh water and land, as well as life in Appalachia.
Approval for this project would also be a huge blow to our progress in making the just transition to clean energy. With the Administration’s recent approvals for the Willow project and the Alaska LNG export project, we’re moving in the wrong direction.
To end the era of fossil fuels we have to prevent any new fossil fuel infrastructure from being created — including the Mountain Valley Pipeline.
We urge you to deliver on your climate promises by rejecting this project immediately.
