Zur Silent Climate Parade bringen wir Solarpanele und riesige schwarze Luftballons (Kohlenstoffblasen) für kreative Protestaktionen. Entlang der Demo-Route werden wir damit unseren Protest zu für den Klimawandel verantwortlichen Institutionen tragen.

Denn obwohl bekannt ist, dass um eine Klimakatastrophel zu verhindern, 80% aller bekannten Vorkommen an fossilen Brennstoffen unter der Erde bleiben müssen, finanzieren öffentliche Institutionen und Banken weiterhin die Förderung von Kohle, Öl und Gas in aller Welt und den Bau neuer Kraftwerke. Lasst uns dieser zerstörerischen Praxis gemeinsam mit buntem und kreativem Widerstand entgegentreten!

We’ll have solar panels, symbols of the solution to carry with us and massive carbon bubbles that we can bounce along the route and off the buildings causing climate change. We’ll dance with the Silent Climate Parade in a joyful and exciting display of creative resistance.

Its clear that 80% of known fossil fuels need to stay in the ground if we’re to avoid climate disaster. Yet the banks and our public institutions continue to fund the exploration and burning of yet more and more fossil fuels. It’s madness! Come celebrate in action with us and demand divestment from fossil fuels.
