In solidarity with those marching in NYC on September 21, we are coming together to draw attention to climate change.

We will begin at Triangle Park and march down Main Street to the Courthouse plaza where we will have a rally. (We will be on the sidewalk, not blocking traffic.)

This will be a peaceful gathering. Children are most certainly welcome- they will inherit this planet and have everything to gain from our actions today.

We will discuss some facts about climate change and its impacts on the Earth. We will also strategize ideas for actions we can all take and make recommendations for our local and state leaders.

Bring your signs, bring your instruments, bring your brilliant ideas, and bring your love for the planet! Let's show the world that Lexington cares about our climate and our futures!
