Southeast Climate Strike & Rebellion

OnFriday September 27thwe will carry out a non-violent strike in rebellion against our criminally negligent government on behalf of life itself. We cannot stand idly by and allow the ongoing destruction of all we love. We have a right and duty to rebel against an economic system whose goal is to make profit and protect the powerful, where our lives and the Earth are used up and destroyed so the rich can get richer. As part of a season of global climate actions, groups from throughout the Southeast intend to bring thousands of people into the streets of Atlanta to declare that we will no longer accept business as usual.
