Estamos apresentando o German Foudation Plant-for-the-Planet em Criciúma:
O movimento Plant for the Planet é uma iniciativa de crianças e jovens e foi fundado em 2007, na Alemanha, pelo estudante Felix Finkbeiner, com a proposta de organizar academias para crianças, conscientizando-as sobre aquecimento global e justiça climática bem como motivá-las a plantar árvores.
Ao redor do mundo já somos mais de 75.000 crianças capacitadas como Embaixadores de Justiça Climática, que já plantaram mais de 13,6 bilhões de árvores com parceiros ao redor do mundo. Nós buscamos a plantar um trilhão de árvores e formar um milhão de Embaixadores da Justiça Climática.
Em 2017, a Plant-for-the-Planet chegou ao Brasil como parte de sua missão de ampliar a sua atuação pelo mundo a atingir a ousada meta global. Atualmente ela atua em São Paulo, Paraná, Minas Gerais Bahia e Santa Catarina. No último, a Plant-for-the-Planet realizou já várias Academias e demais projetos lidados pelos Embaixadores como mutirões de plantio, palestras e entrevistas na região da AMESC e Criciúma.
Até hoje, nós formamos 280 Embaixadores de Justiça Climática catarinenses em cinco cidades e plantamos mais de 300 mudas nativas em cooperação com o poder público, iniciativas privadas e entidades do terceiro setor.

We´re presenting the German Foudation Plant-for-the-Planet in Criciúma:
The Plant for the Planet movement is a children's and young people's initiative and was founded in 2007 in Germany by student Felix Finkbeiner, with the proposal to organize academies for children, raising their awareness of global warming and climate justice as well as motivating them to plant trees.
Around the world we are already more than 75,000 children trained as Climate Justice Ambassadors, who have planted more than 13.6 billion trees with partners around the world. We seek to plant a trillion trees and train a million Climate Justice Ambassadors.
In 2017, Plant-for-the-Planet arrived in Brazil as part of its mission to expand its operations around the world to achieve its bold global goal. It currently operates in São Paulo, Paraná, Minas Gerais, Bahia and Santa Catarina. In the latter, Plant-for-the-Planet has already carried out several Academies and other projects led by the Ambassadors such as planting mutirões, lectures and interviews in the AMESC and Criciúma region.
To date, we have trained 280 Santa Catarina Climate Justice Ambassadors in five cities and planted more than 300 native seedlings in cooperation with public authorities, private initiatives and third sector entities.
