Join us for an interfaith gathering and climate action rally at noon at Grand Parade in Halifax. We’ll honour the victims of climate change with a moment of silence and hear from faith leaders and climate change activists about the state of the climate crisis and how we can take meaningful action.
You might want to bring a sign, or a flower, and be sure to bring your open hearts.
This event helps kick off a week of activities in Halifax to bring attention to the climate crisis and demand action NOW. The week will culminate with a climate strike on Friday, September 27.
