Fossil Free UCT seeks to accomplish the following during Global Divestment Mobilisation: 

Target managemen on Divestment discussion and push call for transparency with the ethical investment task team. 

To host a panel discussion on an aspect of divestment (TBC something along the lines of the reality and practicality of the first uni in SA to divest and what that would mean) 

To host an awareness event through artivism, use social media to explain various what divestment is and why we support it using various arguments in the movement and how South Africa fits into the movement.
