The Senate race in South Dakota could have a huge impact nationally -- and you have an opportunity to be part of it now, no matter where you live. In the last couple of weeks, we got word that Rick Weiland could have a chance at winning the Senate seat in South Dakota. He's run as a populist progressive, coming out strong against the Keystone XL pipeline and in favor of climate action. He’s also developed strong ties to the tribal leaders who are a driving force in the Native resistance to Keystone XL.

Right now, there’s a native-led grassroots coalition called “Lakota Vote” working to turn out record numbers of people through an eleventh-hour grassroots campaign. Your donation will support Native American organizers working directly in Lakota Sioux communities to increase voter turnout.

Your gift will support Native-led grassroots organizing in South Dakota, including Lakota Vote, Four Directions Inc, and the Native Youth Leadership Alliance.
