Thank you, Water Protectors

The Army Corps of Engineers just announced that it’s denying the final permit for the Dakota Access Pipeline.

This incredible news comes after months of sustained, Native-led resistance at Standing Rock and a chorus of protest from around the world. Thousands of water protectors at Standing Rock have endured extraordinary violence at the hands of a militarized police force, yet they have stood their ground. Their leadership has inspired an outpouring of solidarity and support, and their victory is a beacon of hope in dark times.

They deserve our gratitude and our thanks. Will you send them a message of thanks, solidarity, and love? We’ll give your message directly to Indigenous leaders at Standing Rock.
