Please be aware that this race is meant to be a fun, somewhat silly race to make a point about the impacts of a warming climate  and less snowfall on our region.  Nevertheless, there is still the potential for injury or damage to property/equipment.  Please only sign up if you are willing to take full responsibility for any injury or damage to your property that could occur.

EVENT WAIVER (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND THEN TYPE IN YOUR NAME IF YOU AGREE) *
I know that participating in a ski race of this type is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not participate unless I am medically able.  I agree to abide by any decision of any event official/marshal relative to my ability to safely complete the ride.   I assume all risks associated with this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, condition of the race course, damage to my property, injury to myself and other risks not named here.  Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, waive and release:  any and all partners/sponsors, each of their representatives and successors (see list of  partners/sponsors on www.350Colorado.org), from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may unintentionally arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.  If you are under 18, your parent/guardian will need to sign for you.  We'll have waivers at the  welcome table at the event.

(350.org has a group rate at the Limelight Hotel.  Tell them you're with 350 when you book and you get the discounted rate of $110.  Limelight Hotel = 800.433.0832.)
Will you need to borrow old equipment (skis, etc.) from D&E Sports? *
(Please keep in mind that skiing down dirt is hard on equipment.  D&E Sports has generously offered to loan their old skis for free.  Please contact Chris at cwjoad@gmail.com to make arrangements.)
Would you like to camp out in a group camp ground site?  If so, will you camp Fri., Sat., or both? *
350 will cover the camping fee.   You will need to provide your own tent, sleeping bag, etc.
