Raised Voices, an activist choir, will sing anti-fracking songs near Embankment tube station. We know that our singing attracts passers-by to stop and listen - and it is those individuals that we want you to engage. If you volunteer for this action, you will approach those individuals and say e.g. "What do you think about fracking?" and offer the campaign leaflet – if they continue to show interest, then you will talk to them about the 'permitted development' proposal and the on-line actions on the leaflet. So the aim is to not to confront people, but to politely engage them in the issue; and where possible to encourage them to object (and to pass the actions on to all their friends and family!)
